Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled any time before shipment. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it for you—no questions asked.

Lipstick & Lip Gloss Happiness Guarantee

We believe beauty should be fun, not stressful. If you try a lipstick or lip gloss for the first time and it’s not what you expected, that’s okay.


If you are unhappy for any reason:

  • Shade didn’t suit you

  • Texture wasn’t your favorite

  • Just didn’t feel right

 

You may request:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement 

 

Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. 

No product return is required for used cosmetics.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll take care of it immediately with a replacement or refund.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
